I really like this new Coconut Scrub Moisturizing Body Wash by Softsoap. This product mixes jojoba and coconut oils, but I must say those ingredients come way at the bottom of the ingredients list. However this wash smells like coconuts and it has these tiny exfoliating beads. The exfoliating beads are pretty light weight, so do not get this product if you are expecting superior scrubbing action. You will feel the beads but they won’t do too much exfoliating. Your skin will feel soft after you are done but the tropical scent does not last. I would get this again if only for the coconut scent and smooth skin.For 18oz I paid $1.99 (on sale) it will gernally cost $3.99 for this size.
I remember a time when everyone had bar soaps but things have changed. Do you use liquid or bar soap?

ReplyDeletei like that body wash line. it's affordable and smells nice (at least while in the shower). to extend the scent, i try to get a matching lotion from a cheap line like suave. i like the shea and cocoa butter one the best. i alternate bar and liquid soap.
ReplyDeleteI only use body wash (liquid). I hate the smell of bar soaps. I use Suave's Tropical Coconut - it smells heavenly!

I go through long phases where I use bar and then switch to liquid soap. I'm in the body wash phase now lol

I enjoy using both liquid and bar soap! Currently I've switched over to natural body washes such as Dr. Bronners, Jasons and Burts Bees! Paraben FREE!

Well since I could remember (age of 4???) I have always used the Dove Bar. My mother always bought it for me b/c its 'good for your skin' per my mama. So b/c I stick to what works I've never ever switched. If I have no choice (stay at a friends house w.out Dove) and try another brand I never feel the same. Feel weird using body wash...but I could try the Dove body wash line and see...

ok, so I was in Target yesterday to get starct and wound up in the soap aisle. And I saw this, it smelled lovely as you said, but the price was 3.99. Now I was cool with it, I've spent way more on body wash. But then I look up and see Suave has a daily exfoliator, and man did it smell nice, and the price was 1.87. So you I bought the Suave. I used it this morning and I'm hooked after just one wash. But I will try this SoftSoap at your receommendation.

i like liquid because in my shower, the soap dish is right in the shower's stream, making it melt away faster =(

I am definitely a liquid only person. Bar soap harbors too much bacteria and I don't like the lye in it.
