How long have you had your Clairsonic and which model do you have? I have been debating on whether to purchase one or continue with my washcloth and loofah sponge.
Are the Mario Badescu products priced lower on Hautelook than elsewhere?

I have had my clarsonic for about 3 years now and I still love it. I should also note that I have dropped it several times and it's still perfect. I don't have the mia (the shorter one) but I don't remember what my exact model is called. I think it's just the bigger older model, not one of the new ones with three speeds or whatever the new features are for the device. I can honestly say that if my clarsonic ever breaks I will go right out and get a new one. I can also say that the beauty of it for me is also the ability to change the brush heads, a larger one for my body, and different textured brushed for my face. I actually just purchased their new cashmere luxe brush (haven't used it yet though) but it feels super soft on my fingers..lol. It is a pricy investment, and many people love the loofah sponge. I wish there was some way for you to test out the clarsonic but I don't think such a way exists. Well technically if you purchase through Sephora they do have a great return policy, so if you use it and don't like it you can always return it there. Everything featured on Hautelook is at a reduced price. I haven't seen Mario Badescu products priced any lower than what I have seen on Haute look. When I first learned about this site I had to check it out further because the prices were great for certain items and I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting used items. It turns out they mention right on their site that all of these products are new. If something is refurbished it lists it right there, I have seen it with some kitchen aid appliances, but never with clothing, makeup, shoes etc. The only downside is that the shipping is not as fast as I would like it to be. It's like they buy in bulk from the company then it has to be shipped to them then they ship it to you. However, for the discounted price, I never mind waiting :-). The other thing that annoyed me is I purchased two bh cosmetics palettes for other people and some of the eyeshadows arrived broken. I had heard quite a few people complain about bh broken eye shadows from Haute look. I do wonder though if it breaks on the BH cosmetics side, because I have purchased other shadows from haute look from other companies and it has never been broken.

Hey PJD,
Nordstrom has a great return policy, too. I have a feeling that if I get the Clairsonic I will not be returning it. :-) People have been raving about it for years. I actually had a chance to try it out a few years ago and declined because I thought that people were exaggerating about it. :-D I may pick one up this winter season. Maybe there will be a holiday package deal.
There are reviews on amazon about customers receiving broken palettes by BH Cosmetics so it could be on their end. I believe they get their products from overseas as their palettes (and Coastal Scents) resemble the ones that I've seen being sold by Chinese companies online.
I'll check out Haute Look.
