Picture Perfect

Before trying the DDF Sulfur Therapeutic Mask I must admit I was a little scared of this company. I had only used two of their products, one which destroyed my face while the second product was perfect for my skin. I didn't know what type of reaction my skin would have when I decided to use their sulfur theraputic mask, so to this day I have not applied the mask to my entire face. Instead I have been using this product as a spot treatment for any blemish that I could find. After leaving this mask on the blemish only, that blemish is GONE by the next day. That part scares me a little because nothing has worked on my skin so quickly. This mask includes aloe vera and "anti-inflammatory properties of sulfur",purified clay, and aromatic extracts. This mask is supposed to clear up blemishes and for me it has done just that, but I don't think it will touch my entire face at one time, I still don't completely trust DDF, but this product may make me a believer.
Priced at $34 for 4.0 oz
How do you clear up your belmishes?

Hmmm... thanks for this review. You've got me interested. I wonder if I can snag a sample somewhere? Now I'm on a mission.

Sulfur is fantastic for acne. Sulfur is also present in all of your cells especially in keratin. I take MSM which is sulfur in a bottle but I've heard amazing things about that mask

Great product review as always!! I've never heard of this brand, but if it clears blemishes in one day - I must try it!!!

I use Clean & Clear's PersaGel for blemishes. I know it's typically used by teenagers, but it still works for me!

good review! i have such a big problem with blemishes and no one thing seems to work. i like things that work instantly. i hate when people say "it takes about 30 days to see how something is really going to work on your skin..."

I just go to the dermatologist. They get right to the point. I haven't had a break out in a while. :)

I've been using advanced solutions products by Neutrogena and I love it!

I've been using prescribed medicine for quite some time and it actually has sulfur in it to battle the blemishes! So I think this product will be great! I also just started using Ambi facial cleaser. The combo keeps my skin clear.

@Kwana sure samples are the best. If you go to sephora I know they will give you a sample, and make sure they are not cheap with you.
@Dominican Enigma thanks for the information. Now I feel like I may want to test this out on my whole face :-) it is supposed to clean out pores also.
@BGG I'm glad you found something that works for you. Clean and Clear kicks my butt everytime I even look in its direction.
@ Antithesis lol yes who wants to wait for a long period of time to see results??? No one!
@Frugalista your skin looked great on that video so keep doing whatever you are doing.
@Bellefille How much is that neutrogena product?
@just wondering I did a review on the ambi facial cleanser, the one in the brown bottle..not bad at all.

At one time my skin was giving me a hard time & I started using Pro-Activ. For a while it really worked, but then my skin went to protest! I have a dermatologist know & he gives me oral antibiotics as needed. I'm so happy with the results.

I would love to try the DFF Mask, but I'm afraid of the word "sulfur." It sounds so strong!

@Park Avenue if you try the DDF mask I would suggest taking baby steps first, just to see how your skin responds to it.
I think proactive is a mess, it did nothing for me. It actually made me breakout. My skin was fine before proactive, I just wanted it to be completely clear all the time and I wanted to prevent any possible bumps from coming out which is why I tried Proactive but that was a big mistake. I am so happy that I found Rx for Brown skin.

Sulfur is a good thing for acne/blemishes.

Sometimes I use toothpaste or just get some benzoyl peroxide and apply it to the blemish. It's dried up by morning.

Like you, I'd be a little scared to put that mask on my whole face but it just might do some good.

Sephora owes you some money! You are blowing them up. =)

LOL yes they do owe me some $$$ Jewells. How can I get them to pay up? If you think of any ideas let me know...lol

This product sounds like a gem. I may have to give it a try, although I am not suffering from breakouts so much these days. I like Arbonne's Clear Advantage face wash and for on the spot treatment I use good ol' Clearasil. You can't beat 9% Benzol Peroxide now can you?

Product Junkie Diva said...

@Twinkle x2 i have heard of clear advantage but the name Arbonne does not sound famialiar. Maybe I am thinking of a bootleg company that also calls their product clear advantage.
Thanks for letting us know what you use
