I have no idea what is going on at my local Target but when I was there on Saturday I wanted to check to see if they had restocked their fabulous supply of Nicole nail pens. I did find new colors but believe me when I tell you they only had 1-2 tubes of only 3 new colors. Could it be that everyone has been buying this polish and by the time I sashay over to get my share they are practically gone? Or do I have the laziest stock boys in history at my Target? I guess only time will tell.My three new colors are above -Red Eye to NY, In the Nic of Time (this is like a coral color), and Catch Ya Later (this is like a shimery perl).
